AGM 2020 - 28 Jan 2021
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 28 January, 2021 at 1900 via Zoom.
You must be a SAS member to attend. Zoom Registration link will be sent out by 14 January.
Composition of the Board of Directors:
Robin Richardson will be stepping forward as the Chair for 2021. Brian Moorhead will remain as Vice Chair.
Several of the Board Members are moving to Associate roles due to time constraints.
Any SAS member can run for the board at the AGM. If you would like to run for the board, please email info@squamishaccess.ca. Should there be more than 11 candidates, there will be a vote during the AGM. All candidates will submit a short bio, reason for running, and skills they can contribute. Deadline for applying: 14 Jan.

Call to Order – Establish Quorum.
Approval of Agenda 2020.
Motion to Accept 2020 Minutes.
2020 Report: Overview, Portfolio Reports, Treasurer’s Report
Election of Directors for 2021 (Voting if Required)
