* Peter joined the SAS Board of Directors in January of 2022. Peter Winter runs the Sea to Sky Route Development Fund, also known as the Bolt Fund (the "Bolt Fund"). Peter's participation on the Board of the Squamish Access Society will be subject to his responsibilities with the Bolt Fund, as the Squamish Access Society has no affiliation with the Bolt Fund and has no intention of having any affiliation with the Bolt Fund. For greater clarity, in respect of any discussions or decisions which the Board of the Squamish Access Society makes or has in respect of the Bolt Fund, or any matter related to the Bolt Fund, Peter will recuse himself from the discussion and from any resulting vote of the Board. Peter will have no participation or impact on any decision or discussion of the Board of the Squamish Access Society which has any relation to the Bolt Fund.
